2. Find opportunities to expand the business
3. Conduct meetings/calls with customers to deal with issues, gather information, and manage customer relationship
4. Research or retrieve needed information and present an organized and clear report
5. Monitor customer sales performance and oversee project
6. Overlook project development progress from RFQ to commercial handover
7. Coordinate with other departments on any projects as required
8. Preparation for meetings/visits/audits
9. Regularly update and maintain Sales-related information files
