- Prepare educational plans and teaching materials for lectures and workshops. Developing a curriculum in English to make education efficient and modern.
- Take care and give advice to students and be responsible for cooperative education training, internships, and student projects.
- Teach according to the curriculum and regulations and responsibilities of teachers and researchers.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Dean or Program Chair.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Doctoral degree in Business Administration, International Business, Entrepreneurship, Digital Business, Innovation/Technology Management, or related fields from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in international higher education programs.
- Proven ability to teach effectively in English in a multicultural environment.
- Native English speakers or individuals with native-level proficiency and strong academic communication skills.
- Research publications within the past 3 years, preferably in International Business, Digital Business, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or Technology Management.
- Publications in international peer reviewed journals are an advantage.
- Holding Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor rank is an added advantage.
- Professional experience in international business, digital entrepreneurship, startups, technology enterprises, consulting, or industry collaboration.
- Ability to integrate global business, innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation perspectives into teaching.
- Experience in international collaboration, cross border research, global academic networks, or teaching culturally diverse students is considered an advantage.
