รายละเอียดงาน1.At least 3 years of practical experience in human resources operation + general administration operation, proficient in basic HR work and daily administrative affairs, able to independently respond to employees' HR needs and administrative services.
2.Practical HR capability – skilled in handling employee onboarding and separation, attendance calculation, salary payment, social security contribution, employee file management; familiar with basic provisions of Thai labor laws and regulations, able to handle labor contract signing and probation period management in compliance.
3. Core practical administrative capability – responsible for daily vehicle scheduling (employee commuting, official travel arrangement), office supplies procurement and collection registration, fixed assets inventory, office environment maintenance (cleaning, green plants, office equipment repair request).
4.With basic communication, coordination and service awareness, able to respond to employees' HR consultation, assist in handling simple employee relations issues, and coordinate meeting room booking, travel ticket & hotel reservation, official reception support, and preliminary review of administrative expense reimbursement.
5.Proficient in office software (Excel, Word, PPT), HRIS system and administrative office system, able to efficiently compile and file HR reports and administrative ledgers (vehicle usage records, procurement ledgers, expense statistics).
Preferred: Working experience as HR & Admin Specialist in local Thai enterprises or international projects, familiar with local recruitment channels (JobThai, LinkedIn Thailand) and administrative procurement procedures (e.g. liaison with local office supplies suppliers, preliminary review of procurement contracts).
Preferred: Experience in participating in special work such as employee training organization.
