รายละเอียดงาน
1. Customs clearance and compliance: Coordinate with the foreign trade and customs teams as well as relevant business parties to ensure the smooth customs clearance of imported vehicles, and promptly handle risks and issues arising from policy changes.
2. Logistics and cost control: Coordinate with the port terminals and RDC, be responsible for cost settlement, ensure smooth vehicle import and export and pick-up, monitor and optimize logistics costs such as storage fees and transportation fees, and continuously promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
3. Sample vehicle and exhibition equipment import/export: Collaborate with overseas auto sales, foreign trade teams and relevant business parties, collect, produce and review customs declaration materials to ensure the compliance and efficiency of the temporary import/export and return transportation of sample vehicles/exhibition equipment.
4. Cross-departmental coordination: Maintain efficient communication with the headquarters and regional teams, regularly report progress, and assist in resolving process, system or communication issues encountered in cross-border business.
5. Market support: Based on the on-the-ground business situation, provide professional support in terms of import policies and logistics operations, assist the market and sales teams in improving delivery efficiency.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience Background: At least 3 years of relevant experience in import and export trade. Experience in the automotive industry or international logistics operations is preferred.
- Professional Skills: Familiar with import and export customs clearance, documents, port operations, and international logistics management processes. Prioritizing those with cost analysis and optimization capabilities.
- Language and Communication: Possessing excellent cross-cultural and cross-departmental communication experience. English can be used as the working language; candidates proficient in Thai are preferred.
- Personal Traits: Able to adapt to overseas permanent positions and short-term business trips. Possessing strong stress resistance and problem-solving abilities, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and high execution efficiency.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for related majors such as international trade, logistics management, and supply chain management.
