I.Job Description Responsible for managing the sales channel operations for Gemondo and Merii Jewelry in both Thai and international markets (UK). Focus on driving sales through strategic inventory management tailored to market demand. Oversee back-end systems using various operational tools and manage third-party partners (Outsource) to ensure performance aligns with organizational goals. II.Job Function Tech Stack & Administration ●Manage and optimize the entire E-commerce Tech Stack to ensure seamless daily operations and infrastructure stability ●Ensure the absolute accuracy of product data and maintain stable real-time inventory synchronization across all sales channels to eliminate discrepancies and prevent any loss of sales opportunities ●Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues within core system integrations to ensure uninterrupted operations and continuous data flow Inventory & Commercial strategy ●Oversee and optimize comprehensive inventory control to ensure stock levels are balanced, accurately tracked, and aligned with overall business requirements ●Analyze and report on monthly and quarterly inventory turnover rates to optimize stock levels and ensure product availability aligns perfectly with sales demand ●Collaborate on gross profit management and monitor operational expenses to ensure all spending remains strictly within the approved budget Outsource & Performance Reporting ●Monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced partners while providing essential back-end data and system support to ensure all operational targets are met ●Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports, including KPIs and inventory status, to provide executive management with actionable insights ●Analyze channel-specific performance data to identify strategic opportunities for optimizing product information and improving overall sales tactics

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Possess 3–5 years of professional experience in E-commerce operations or back-end system management
Possess strong proficiency in utilizing Inventory and Order Management Systems to streamline operations and stock control
Possess a high level of English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively manage sales operations and communications within international markets
Demonstrate high attention to detail and strong analytical skills for performing in-depth data evaluations
Possess a strong understanding of AI systems and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows
Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing tools including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO with candidates experienced in these areas receiving special consideration
Possess expert-level proficiency in E-commerce Operations and back-end system management
Possess advanced Excel skills for comprehensive data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in complex functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas
Possess excellent English communication skills to effectively manage data operations and stakeholder relations within international markets

วิธีการเดินทาง

1.นั่งรถเมล์โดยสารประจำทาง (ลงป้ายหน้าห้างเซ็นทรัล บางนา) / นั่งมอร์เตอร์ไซด์รับจ้าง (ฝั่งตรงข้ามห้างเซ็นทรัลบางนา ) ไป ซ.บางนา-ตราด 28 ปากซอยมีป้ายบอกเขียน PRANDA GROUP (พื้นสีเขียวตัวหนังสือสีขาว) ติดไว้ชัดเจน และมองเข้าไปในซอย จะเห็นตึก PRANDA GROUP 2. นั่ง BTS (สถานี/แบริ่ง-ลาซาล) ทางออกประตูลาซาล เดินมาทาง ซ.ลาซาล (สุขุมวิท 105) เดินเข้ามา ประมาณ 300 เมตร จะพบ วินรถรับจ้าง เช่น วินรถสองแถว วินมอเตอร์ไซด์ โดยสารมาลงที่ปาก ซ.ลาซาล 51 (บริษัท อยู่ห่างจากปากซอย ประมาณ 500 เมตร) 3. นั่ง BTS (ลงสถานที่ อุดมสุข -ปุณวิถี -บางนา ) แล้วต่อรถเมล์โดยสารประจำทาง (มาลงลงป้ายหน้าห้างเซ็นทรัล บางนา) แล้วเดิน ตาม ข้อ1.
