Type of Business: Japanese law firm - Small-sized
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
-Provide legal advice and support on Thai law matters, including corporate, commercial, labor, and compliance
-Handle litigation and dispute resolution matters, including negotiation and court proceedings
-Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and internal regulations in both Thai and English
-Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, reports, and memoranda
-Manage company registration, licensing, and regulatory filings with relevant authorities
-Liaise with government agencies, courts, and regulators on behalf of clients
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
- Licensed Thai lawyer
- At least 7-10 years of experience in law firm
- Experience in litigation is highly preferred
- Strong command of Thai and English, both written and spoken
- Able to work independently and manage tasks well
