รายละเอียดงาน
Liaise with managers, safety and supervisor to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
Working with MHE trainer on site to Conduct MHE defensive driving training, workshops and MHE practical training
Prepare educational MHE training material such document, videos curriculum etc.
Design effective training programs
Keep attendance, training result record, evaluation training result record and other records
Report training result and evaluation result to safety officer, Manager and MHE compliance Manager
Be certified to MHE operate each type of MHE equipment that the site uses
Review, refresh and re-certify all MHE operators over a regular time period
Re-training and certification process for the offenders.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/High Vocational Certificate (Engineering/Automotive/or related technical)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in training skill role.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have well knowledge for safety law and regulation to relate MHE training.
- Excellent communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.
- Ability to use MS Office for digital training matrices.
