รายละเอียดงาน
1.Assist with new product introduction (NPI) and daily process support at the Thailand factory
2.Participate in on-site production issue analysis and troubleshooting (e.g., assembly, dispensing, connection, and other process-related issues)
3.Perform process debugging, trial production follow-up, and data recording as required
4.Assist in preparing work instructions, process documents, and basic technical documentation
5.Work closely with quality and production teams to improve product yield and production efficiency
6.Assist in preparing audit-related documents (e.g., TFDA, regulatory or third-party audits)
7.Communicate with the China team on a daily basis, providing feedback on on-site issues and progress
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Materials, or related fields
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong interest in manufacturing and engineering roles
- Basic English reading and writing skills, with the ability to understand technical documents
