รายละเอียดงาน
1.Initiates, implement and manages the plant maintenance program with an emphasis on planning / scheduling and preventive / predictive maintenance.
2.Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates recordering when necessary.
3.Prepares report analysis data and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problem.
4.Conducts employee performance reviews based on job description to determine competency knowledge and contribution of the maintenance engineer, technician.
5.Maintains and update operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
6.Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance , schedule compliance, etc.
7.Derects maintain and enforces the safety program for the maintenance department , reviews safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for engineering / technician
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male, Age 35 year old up.
- Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or any related field.
- Good command in English or Japanese.
- To have knowledge basic preventive maintenance system machine in Factory.
