-Monitor and analyze DPPM and LAR to drive quality improvement
-Lead internal quality improvement initiatives
-Monitor SPC data and collaborate with the team for continuous improvement
-Prepare and revise documents such as GIP and LAT
-Perform other duties as assigned

Experience in internal quality improvement
Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Minitab)
Good command of spoken and written English
Knowledge of SPC, 8D reports, and data analysis
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team
