รายละเอียดงาน
1. Control and monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with defined standards.
2. Responsible for overall process quality control, including process audits and First Article Inspection (FAI).
3. Analyze process quality issues (e.g., defects, rework, or batch problems) and define and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
4. Monitor and analyze quality data such as defects, yield, and other KPIs to reduce scrap rates.
5. Control and monitor critical process parameters to prevent quality risks.
6. Apply quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and MSA for process analysis and improvement.
7. Prepare and update quality documentation such as WI, SOP, and Control Plans.
8. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve and prevent quality issues.
9. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and participate in process quality evaluations.
10. Conduct internal audits and support customer/external audits.
11. Comply with quality management systems and follow up on corrective actions from audit findings.
12. Continuously improve production processes to reduce defects and increase efficiency.
13. Prepare quality reports and summaries.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment (SMT experience is an advantage).
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, SPC, FMEA, MSA, and 8D.
- Understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
- Strong ability to analyze problems and systematically implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Able to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese (English proficiency is an advantage).
- Age 25–35 years old.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer (QE).
