Training & Workshop Delivery
- Plan and conduct training programs on professional makeup techniques and personality development for employees.
- Deliver engaging workshops and hands-on training sessions to enhance staff skills and professional image.
- Facilitate both on-site and online training sessions in alignment with the company’s standards.
Product Knowledge & Professional Techniques
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge training and demonstrate professional makeup techniques.
- Support sales teams and beauty consultants by enhancing their understanding of products and application methods.
Content Development
- Develop and produce educational content, including training videos, tutorials, and e-learning materials.
- Create engaging digital learning resources to support continuous staff development.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Manage and administer the Learning Management System (Moodle).
- Monitor and track employees’ learning progress and training completion.
Skill Assessment & Evaluation
- Design and manage online assessments and skill evaluations for training participants.
- Analyze training outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance learning effectiveness.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training, Human Resource Development, or learning & development.
- Certified or experienced Professional Makeup Artist with strong expertise in makeup techniques and grooming.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic products and professional makeup applications.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle) and digital content creation tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging video and digital learning materials.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and engage learners.
- Professional certification in Makeup Artistry will be an advantage.
