Market Expansion & Access:
Research the packaging industry in Thailand and Southeast Asia to identify potential customers (e.g., food & pharmaceutical packaging manufacturers, as well as retail and wholesale markets).
Drive product promotion, assist customers with product sampling, validation, and delivery.
Key Account Management (KAM):
Maintain relationships with major packaging companies, agents, and lithium battery cell manufacturers in Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries.
Conduct commercial negotiations covering pricing agreements, annual contract frameworks, and credit term management.
Industry Intelligence & Localization Strategy:
Monitor competitors’ pricing and supply dynamics in the Thai and broader Southeast Asian markets.
II. Battery Customer After‑sales Service Responsibilities
Given the extremely high quality requirements for battery foil, after‑sales service is especially critical:
Technical Support & Complaint Handling:
Address quality issues arising during coating and calendering processes, such as aluminum foil breakage, wrinkling, oxidation, and uneven coating.
Conduct on‑site inspections, collect defective samples, and coordinate with internal technical departments to perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Customer Process Adaptation:
Deeply engage with customer production lines to understand their operational conditions and provide timely feedback to relevant internal teams.
Inventory & Delivery Management:
In response to Just‑In-Time (JIT) production needs of local Thai customers, coordinate replenishment plans between overseas factories and Thai warehouses to mitigate the risk of stock‑outs caused by shipping fluctuations.
