Job Purpose
To perform and support internal audit activities to ensure effective risk management, governance, and internal control processes across the WICE Group.
This role is responsible for executing audit assignments, identifying risks, and providing practical recommendations to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and financial accuracy, particularly in logistics and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
-Execute internal audit plans based on risk assessments and business priorities.
-Perform audits on logistics operations, warehouse management, international freight forwarding, customs compliance, and financial processes.
-Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
-Identify risks and control gaps, and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
-Prepare audit reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations.
-Follow up on audit findings and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
-Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support external audit activities when required.
-Assist in special reviews or investigations (e.g., fraud, compliance issues) as assigned.
-Stay updated on internal audit practices, risk trends, and relevant regulations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, or CFE are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of internal audit standards (IIA), risk management, and internal control frameworks.
- Familiar with audit tools, data analytics, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills (Thai & English).
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Able to travel occasionally as required.
