รายละเอียดงาน
1.Supervise daily production operations to ensure output targets are achieved.
2.Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
3.Coordinate with relevant departments to improve production efficiency.
4.Manage and lead production team members, including training and performance evaluation.
5.Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
6.Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company regulations.
7.Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve productivity.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering or related fields is preferred.
- At least 5-8 years of production management experience in manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiar with production processes and quality control standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Able to communicate in English or Chinese.
- Able to work 6 days per week
