รายละเอียดงาน
• Lead end-to-end system analysis & design for retail mobile banking
• Prepare technical documentation (FSD, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Define API specifications & system integrations (internal + third-party)
• Establish Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) (performance, scalability, availability)
• Collaborate with QA on performance testing, SLAs, and monitoring
• Design back-office systems to support operations and customer service
• Ensure compliance with BOT regulations, PDPA, and security standards
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 4–7 years’ experience as Technical BA / System Analyst / Tech PO
- Background in banking, fintech, or mobile banking platforms
- Strong skills in technical documentation & API specifications
- Understanding of microservices, cloud architecture, and system design
- Ability to read JSON, Open API, XML and perform basic SQL
- Knowledge of retail banking products & Thai ecosystem (PromptPay, NDID)
- Strong in defining NFRs (performance, security, reliability)
- Bilingual (Thai & English) with strong analytical and communication skills
