Basic understanding of calibration system and MSA
Proper use of measurement equipment
Awareness of measurement variation and accuracy
🔹 4. Data & Process Control (PCM/SPC)
Understand SPC, trend analysis, basic Cp/Cpk
Detect abnormal / out-of-control conditions
Understand Control Plan (CP)
🔹 5. Equipment Operation
Able to operate key equipment:
HATS / RST
Microscope / Microsection
Shadow Moiré
XRF / LCR (basic)
Able to set test conditions based on specifications
