- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company's IT department, aligning technology initiatives with business goals
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage the IT team, including planning, scheduling, and allocating resources to ensure optimal performance and productivity
- Identify and implement innovative technological solutions to improve business processes and enhance the user experience
- Ensure the security, reliability, and availability of the company's IT systems and data, including the implementation of robust backup and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their technology requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Continuously monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for the company to stay ahead of the curve
- Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient utilisation of resources
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age requirement: 35–46 years. Applications outside this age range will not be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior IT management role within a large or complex organisation
- Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networking, and cybersecurity
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing IT teams, with excellent people management and mentoring skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think strategically to drive technological innovations
- Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to align IT solutions with organisational goals
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- In addition to team management, able to be hands-on and perform tasks independently.
