Role Summary
Oversee Bangsaothong Satellite Warehouse operations, ensuring efficient warehouse and packaging activities with full compliance to GMP/GDP/ISO standards, high productivity, and accurate inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse and packaging operations
- Ensure productivity, efficiency, and service quality targets
- Maintain GMP/GDP/ISO compliance and safety standards
- Control inventory accuracy and stock systems
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, QA, Planning, and transport providers
- Plan and monitor inbound materials and bulk deliveries
- Optimize warehouse space, equipment, and resources
- Lead staffing, recruitment, training, and performance management
- Conduct team briefings and monitor SOP adherence
- Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and vehicles
- Prepare operational and inventory reports with analysis
- Supervise safety programs and resolve safety issues
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field (MBA preferred)
- ≥3 years warehouse experience
- Good English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and service mindset
- GMP / GDP / ISO / Safety Knowledge
