รายละเอียดงาน
• Monitor and improve product/process quality in SMT/PCBA to ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using problem-solving tools (5Why, Why-Why, Fishbone, FTA, Is/Is Not, 8D)
• Develop and maintain quality documents PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow
• Conduct data analysis using SPC, Cpk, and MSA to ensure process capability and stability
• Analyze electrical circuits and product issues to support defect investigation and improvement
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects (DPPM) and enhance overall quality performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Customer) to resolve quality issues
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 and support IATF 16949 requirements (if applicable)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics , Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Management System. Familiar SMT process, PCBA assembly and box build in Electronic manufacturing industry or Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS).
- Able to read, understand, and analyze electrical circuits
- Strong experience in leading problem solving and using tools (5W1H, Why-Why, Fishbone, FTA, Is/Is Not, 8D)
- Experience in hardware circuit repair and circuit failure analysis in an electronics manufacturing plant.
- Hands-on experience in PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, SPC, Cpk, MSA
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
- Familiar with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 (IATF 16949 is an advantage)
- Good attitude, positive mindset, and teamwork skills
- Good command of English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage
