รายละเอียดงาน
1. Calculate and update standard costs for finished goods, semi finished goods, raw materials (RM), and packaging materials (PK).
2. Allocate and analyze cost variances, including material usage, yield, and production efficiency variances.
3. Maintain cost components in the ERP system, ensuring accurate material, labor, and overhead cost structures.
4. Manage LTP and ensure timely and accurate cost updates in the system.
5. Review inventory movements, including material consumption, production postings, and stock adjustments, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
6. Support monthly and annual physical inventory counts and perform variance analysis for materials, WIP, and finished goods.
7. Identify and propose improvement opportunities as part of cost reduction or cost optimization projects.
8. Provide data support to the production team and management.
9. Ensure compliance with the company’s cost accounting policies, internal controls, and factory accounting procedures.
10. Fixed Asset Accounting & Recording
• Control and review fixed asset transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register, ensuring all asset information is properly recorded and documented.
• Review asset classifications and useful lives to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting requirements.
• Calculate, record, and monitor monthly depreciation expenses accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile fixed asset subsidiary records with the General Ledger and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in cost accounting.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience using English in a professional environment.
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles (Standard costing, actual costing and variance analysis)
- Understanding of manufacturing cost structures (Materials, labor, manufacturing overhead, BOM, and routing)
- Inventory valuation and stock‑related skills (FIFO, weighted average, inventory variance analysis, and inventory turnover concepts)
- Data analysis and reporting skills (Proficiency in Excel such as pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and ability to perform cost variance and margin analysis)
- ERP system (Experience setting and updating standard costs, and basic operation of MRP/inventory modules within an ERP system)
- Able to use English confidently in daily business operations
