รายละเอียดงาน
1.Analyze requirements and technical specifications to develop effective test cases and scenarios.
2.Execute manual and/or automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
3.Identify, log, and track defects using test management or issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
4.Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand business needs and validate system functionality.
5.Ensure defects are clearly documented with steps to reproduce, screenshots, or recordings.
6.Contribute to test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
7.Support continuous improvement of testing practices and QA processes.
8.Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives, if working under Agile methodology.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in software or system testing.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Hands-on experience with test case design, defect tracking, and test reporting.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Selenium, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with API testing, automation frameworks, automate test, or performance testing tools is a plus.
