รายละเอียดงาน

1. Monitor and manage supplier quality performance for PCB, PCBA, and electronic components. 2. Conduct Supplier Audits and Process Audits in accordance with quality standards. 3. Analyze and resolve quality issues in collaboration with suppliers and internal departments. 4. Implement and follow up on Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA). 5. Review and verify quality documents such as PPAP, Control Plan, FAI, and Inspection Reports. 6. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and supplier qualification processes. 7. Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, including PPM, Defect Rate, and Audit Scores. 8. Ensure suppliers comply with quality, environmental, and restricted substance requirements. 9. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and customers to resolve quality-related issues. 10. Prepare quality reports and summarize quality performance results.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE), QA, or Quality Engineering within the PCB/Electronics industry.
Strong understanding of PCB/PCBA manufacturing processes and electronic manufacturing processes.
Experience in Supplier Audits and Supplier Quality Management.
Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, QC 080000, ISO 13485, and AS9100D.
Proficient in quality tools and methodologies, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D Reports.
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and data analysis software.
Good command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
