รายละเอียดงาน
1.Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including EPC, service, and technical agreements.
2.Provide legal advice on the Public Procurement Act and relevant regulations for public organizations.
3.Identify and mitigate legal risks within innovation, engineering projects, and technical operations.
4.Provide legal guidance on Intellectual Property (IP) rights, technology transfer, and PDPA compliance.
5.Lead or support legal negotiations with enterprise clients, private partners, and international vendors.
6.Manage the contract lifecycle and coordinate with external legal counsels or government agencies.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).
- At least 3 years of experience in legal drafting, contract review, or corporate legal operations.
- Valid Lawyer License.
- Good command of English, especially for reading and drafting legal documents.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills to work with technical teams.
- Knowledge or interest in contract law, PDPA, or public sector procurement is preferred.
