Support new model development for washing machine and dryer products.
• Control and improve production assembly processes and line efficiency.
• Analyze production problems, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with IE, Quality, R&D, and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Design and improve production layouts, tooling, and work instructions.
• Monitor takt time, line balancing, and manpower efficiency.
• Conduct training for operators and support technical guidance on production lines.
• Prepare production documents, assembly specifications, and rework instructions.
• Support communication and coordination with local and overseas teams.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Able to communicate in Chinese
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production operations is preferred
- Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Willing to learn engineering and manufacturing processes
