รายละเอียดงาน
- Lead and manage the Finance, Accounting, HR, Administration, and IT teams to achieve organizational KPIs
- Serve as the primary bridge between the Thai subsidiary and the Japan HQ for reporting and strategic implementation
- Ensure full adherence to Thai laws (Labor Law, Tax Law, etc.), internal regulations, and BOI (Board of Investment) requirements
- Oversee budgeting, monthly/annual closing, cash flow management, and internal audits
- Direct talent acquisition, performance evaluations, and maintain healthy labor-management relations within the factory environment
- Assist the Managing Director (MD) in business planning and risk management (BCP)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Nationality
- Male or Female
- Age over 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Have managing experience in Backoffice department of Japanese company
- Japanese required (JLPT N2 up)
- Leadership
- Good communication skills
- Have experience working in Japan or studying are Japan is plus
- Deep understand of Japanese culture and mindset
