รายละเอียดงาน
1. Operate and maintain all Data Center facility equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
2. Schedule, coordinate, and oversee routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities for Data Center systems and equipment
3. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues within the Data Center environment
4. Supervise subcontractors and ensure all preventive maintenance and emergency repair activities are completed properly and on schedule
5. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of infrastructure systems supporting Data Center operations
6. Manage work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment history through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
7. Monitor Data Center facility operations through the Building Management System (BMS)
8. Support emergency response activities and provide on-site operational support when required
9. Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, operational procedures, and customer requirements
Preferred Qualifications Qualifications
Knowledge or experience in:
- HVAC System
- Chiller System
- UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
- Generator System
- Building Management System (BMS)
- Fire Detection & Fire Suppression System
- Data Center Environment / Critical Facility
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, IT, or related fields)
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn
- Experience in electrical systems maintenance, troubleshooting, building control systems, and safe work practices
- Familiarity with UPS systems, emergency generators, and critical power infrastructure
- ***Knowledge of HVAC systems and fire detection/suppression systems***
- ***Experience in Data Center or Critical Facility environments is preferred***
- Able to work in shifts and perform physical duties as required
- Good communication and coordination skills
- ***Good command of English communication***
