Oversee daily production operations to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets. Monitor and control manufacturing, filling, packing, and packaging processes to ensure operational efficiency. Ensure all production activities comply with company standards, food safety regulations, and workplace safety requirements. Conduct routine machine inspections and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize production downtime. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards within the production area. Ensure proper cold chain management and maintain accurate production records. Prepare and maintain production and product quality documentation accurately and systematically. Generate regular operational and production reports for management review. Plan production schedules and allocate manpower effectively across production lines.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male, age between 30 – 45 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Science, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 – 10 years of relevant working experience.
Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (English interview required).
At least 3 years of experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. (dairy products., Food Ingredients Etc )
TOEIC score will be considered an advantage.
