- Manage and support the company’s business applications to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee Reporting and Business Intelligence solutions, including Qlik Sense, dashboards, and analytical reports to support business decision-making.
- Manage cloud-related application environments and infrastructure to ensure system stability, security, and performance.
- Lead IT and Digital Transformation projects from requirement gathering, planning, budgeting, implementation, testing, and post go-live support.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal users to resolve issues and continuously improve system performance and usability.
- Analyze business and system issues and propose process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop the IT Application team, including performance management, coaching, and capability development.
- Support the preparation of IT documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
- Ensure IT applications and related operations comply with company standards, policies, and governance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in IT Application, ERP, or Business Application management.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in team leadership or project management roles.
- Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, or related platforms.
- Good understanding of Cloud Technology and Application Architecture.
- Experience in Project Management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Experience in Retail, Trading, Distribution, or FMCG businesses would be an advantage.
- Good command of English communication skills, both written and spoken.
