รายละเอียดงาน
1. Monitor and inspect all stages of the production line to ensure product quality compliance
2. Perform in-process inspections and random sampling inspections
3. Identify non-conformities and issue NCR (Non-Conformance Report)
4. Follow up and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
5. Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues
6. Perform defect analysis using AOI (Automated Optical Inspection)
7. Conduct Microsection / Cross-section analysis for PCB quality evaluation
8. Ensure compliance with IPC standards and company quality requirements
9. Knowledge of quality systems and tools: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, FMEA, SPC
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in IPQC or PCB manufacturing is highly preferred
- Knowledge of IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-600, IPC-6012)
- Experience in AOI inspection and PCB analysis (Microsection / Cross-section)
- Understanding of quality control processes and manufacturing inspection systems
- Good command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented
