Key Responsibilities
- Conduct time studies and analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Improve production efficiency, productivity, and workflow effectiveness.
- Analyze bottlenecks and implement solutions to reduce cycle time and increase output.
- Support line balancing, manpower planning, and capacity analysis.
- Monitor production performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement, Lean, and Kaizen projects.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports for management.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve operational targets.
- Support waste reduction and cost-saving initiatives.
- Present improvement project progress and results to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Process Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, or related areas.
- Knowledge of Time Study, Line Balancing, Productivity Improvement, and Process Analysis.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, or Cost Reduction projects is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and able to communicate with multinational teams.
