1. Design, develop, and improve automation systems in PCB production lines 2. Develop and maintain AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) systems 3. Design and implement MES (Manufacturing Execution System) integration with production equipment 4. Develop, program, and optimize industrial robot arms / robotic systems 5. Program and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems 6. Develop and maintain SCADA systems for production monitoring and control 7. Support system integration for Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives 8. Analyze production issues and provide engineering solutions to improve efficiency and stability 9. Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and IT teams to ensure smooth system operations

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in automation systems or manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in: PLC, SCADA, MES, Industrial robot programming (ABB, AGV systems and Smart Factory solutions KUKA, FANUC, or equivalent),
Experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
Chinese and English: Good speaking, reading, and writing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in engineering systems
Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment
