รายละเอียดงาน

1. Prepare and issue Manufacturing Instructions (MI), Process Flow, and Travel Cards for PCB production. 2. Define and maintain process parameters, manufacturing requirements, and special controls for each PCB product. 3. Review customer specifications, engineering drawings, Gerber data, stack-up information, and related technical documentation to ensure manufacturing accuracy. 4. Translate customer requirements into manufacturing instructions and process requirements for production teams. 5. Ensure all manufacturing documentation is complete, accurate, and released on time before production starts. 6. Coordinate with CAM, Pre-Engineering, Process Engineering, Production, Quality, and Planning teams to support production readiness. 7. Create and maintain product routing, process flow, and manufacturing data in MES systems. 8. Support engineering changes (ECN/ECO) and update manufacturing instructions accordingly. 9. Verify manufacturing capability and identify potential production risks before job release. 10. Provide technical support to production teams regarding manufacturing requirements and process instructions. 11. Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and documentation management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Instruction (MI), PCB Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related PCB manufacturing functions.
Strong understanding of the complete PCB manufacturing process, including: Inner Layer, Lamination, Drilling, Plating, Imaging, Etching, Solder Mask ,Surface Finish, Routing, Electrical Test, Final Inspection
Able to read and interpret customer drawings, specifications, stack-up structures, Gerber files, fabrication requirements, and engineering documentation.
Experience creating Manufacturing Instructions (MI), Travel Cards, Process Flow, and production documentation.
Familiar with MES systems and manufacturing data management.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken).
