Job Description for Export Customs Analyst
- Manage AAT Customs System called “MIC” from start to end on export part/finished goods module
- Own JC operations for customs import
- Distribute orders to vendors for EDI operations
- Perform job closure in JC
- Pass on full set of documents for billing purposes

Job Description for Import Customs Analyst
This position is responsible for managing sea freight export service parts of customer LCB office export operations. The sea freight export customs process must be executed properly.
- Customs clearance operation and planning for sea import
- Prepare cargo declaration and permit for sea shipments
- Enter BL, pick up DO, request freight invoice and insurance
- Check goods declaration permits and coordinate with shipping agents
- Use EDI system (Netbay)
- Prepare customs documents via EDI and manage e-Paperless process
- Coordinate DG / Non-DG import sea documents
- Enter queue in the Thai airport system
- Handle FTA forms and Certificate of Origin (C/O) applications
- Verify SAP (FSST systems) and request cheque / e-payment via FSST
- Coordinate with ship agents for sea shipment document pick-up
- Validate delivery terms for import shipping
- Manage and operate reports for customers
- Open and close jobs, track status, and complete billing documentation
- Prepare monthly KPI reports
- Handle advance clearing and tax receipt processing for billing team
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- University Bachelor's degree
- Microsoft Office, Vlook up and excels standard formula Skill
- Logistics Background for at least 1 years.
- Experience of local Carrier, Forwarder would be advantage
- EDI and Customs Process Experience
