1. Responsible for installation, setup, qualification, and maintenance of Routing and Forming equipment to ensure optimal machine performance and production efficiency. 2. Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC routing programs to meet quality, productivity, and manufacturing requirements. 3. Manage cutting tools, tool life monitoring, and tooling inventory to maximize machine utilization and reduce operating costs. 4. Perform spindle maintenance, machine calibration, alignment, and preventive maintenance activities. 5. Analyze equipment failures and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). 6. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, yield, and process capability. 7. Conduct root cause analysis using problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and FMEA. 6. Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), PM checklists, and technical reports. 7. Support new equipment installation, machine qualification, process validation, and production ramp-up activities. 9. Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to ensure stable manufacturing operations. 10. Provide technical support and training to operators and technicians regarding equipment operation and troubleshooting. 11. articipate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Cost Reduction, and Continuous Improvement projects. 12. Perform other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Routing/Forming Equipment Engineering, CNC machining, or related manufacturing processes.
Strong knowledge of CNC routing programming, G-code, machining parameters, and process optimization.
Hands-on experience in tool management, tool life control, and cutting tool selection.
Experience in spindle maintenance, machine alignment, precision adjustment, and preventive maintenance programs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in mechanical and manufacturing equipment.
Knowledge of pneumatic systems, servo motors, automation systems, and industrial machinery.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, engineering specifications, and technical documentation.
Familiarity with statistical analysis, process capability studies, and manufacturing quality systems is preferred.
Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Good command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
