1.Resolve production issues related to electronic components, assemblies, and manufacturing processes, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions. 2.Manage and monitor manufacturing defects and workflow control to establish a more systematic and efficient production operation. 3.Analyze production performance data and identify opportunities for process and quality improvements. 4.Review team performance reports and recommend improvement actions to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. 5.Coordinate effectively with internal departments, including Production, Quality, Process Engineering, Maintenance, R&D, and Supply Chain, as well as external suppliers and service providers. 6.Establish, implement, and maintain an effective production quality control system to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements. 7.Lead root cause analysis activities and drive corrective action implementation for quality and production issues. 8.Support continuous improvement projects focused on defect reduction, yield improvement, and process optimization. 9.Monitor quality KPIs and prepare reports for management review. 10.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, production engineering, quality engineering, or a related role.
Experience in home appliance, consumer electronics, or automotive manufacturing is preferred.
Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, PCB assemblies, testing methods, and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with quality management tools such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, SPC, and Control Plans.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering-related software.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
