รายละเอียดงาน
- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle EBS R11i (Finance modules).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; guide users on application usage and enhancements.
- Analyze problems and recommend effective solutions, both functional and technical.
- Participate in cross-functional team projects and assigned sub-projects.
- Plan and report work progress, tasks, and assigned responsibilities.
- Prepare documentation such as user manuals, support guidelines, and troubleshooting guides.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 1–5 years of experience in Oracle EBS (Developer or Support role).
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Developer Tools (e.g., Forms, Reports).
