Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and control production processes to ensure operations meet production targets and company objectives.
- Lead, manage, and monitor production staff to ensure compliance with established work standards and procedures.
- Plan, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production processes to maintain efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, improve efficiency, and reduce waste in the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with related departments, including QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning, and other relevant teams, to ensure smooth production operations.
- Monitor production performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/Female, Age 30 - 40 Years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an assembly production line environment.
- Experience in supervising and leading production teams.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or 5S is a plus.
