Job Responsibilities : - Provide IT infrastructure, system, network, hardware, software, and application support for office and manufacturing operations. - Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, wireless network, Windows Server, Linux/Unix, VMware, Active Directory, antivirus, and related IT systems. - Manage user accounts, access rights, password policies, patch updates, security settings, and system configurations. - Support IT security activities such as vulnerability management, antivirus management, access control, and security compliance. - Provide application support, including incident management, change management, troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors or related teams. - Support shop floor and manufacturing systems by troubleshooting hardware and application issues to ensure smooth production operations. - Coordinate with production, engineering, maintenance, business users, local IT, regional/global IT teams, and third-party vendors. - Support IT hardware and application procurement processes, including requirement clarification, vendor coordination, delivery follow-up, and cost control. - Participate in local, regional, and global IT projects as assigned. - Prepare technical documents, system records, support reports, and other related IT operation documents. - Propose improvements to IT infrastructure, system performance, security, and operational efficiency. - Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Strong knowledge of Windows operating system , Linux/Unix, Windows Active Directory, Windows patch update, Antivirus management, Switch, Router,LAN,WAN,WLAN, Firewall,IDS, Splunk.
End-to-end IT hardware and application procurement process to ensure in scope, on time delivery and within cost through an inter-company or 3rd party vendor model.
Good communicator who can propose, present and influence his stakeholders on the to-be solution and architecture of new initiatives and “keep in view” of global and regional guidelines and standards.
ITIL, PMP, VMware certified preferred.
Fluent in local language and English.
Good team player, ability to compromise.
Problem Solver with strong analytical mind.
Excellent in multitasking management.
