Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Fresh Distribution Center in Mahachai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and distribution processes while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and control warehouse operations to achieve performance, quality, and cost targets.
• Oversee inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes for fresh products.
• Lead and develop warehouse teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Analyze operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and service levels.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution center, or supply chain operations.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational performance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in Fresh Food, Cold Chain, FMCG, or Retail Distribution operations is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic operational environment.
- Willing and able to work 6 days per week.
- สามารถฝึกอบรมและสาธิตการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ MHE ได้อย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย
- มีความรู้ด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน (Safety) และการบริหารความเสี่ยงในคลังสินค้า
- หากมีใบรับรองผู้ฝึกสอน (Trainer Certificate) หรือใบอนุญาตขับ Forklift/Reach Truck จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
