รายละเอียดงาน
1. Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity within the production line.
2. Collaborate with the MES team to ensure the smooth operation of the MES system and its infrastructure.
3. Support the execution of projects and activities related to the MES system as assigned.
4. Respond to MES support requests via direct contact, telephone, email, or the ticketing system in a timely manner.
5. Maintain the normal operation of MES/FIS-related systems and perform daily inspections of system hardware and software.
6. Provide rapid response to emergency system breakdowns occurring on the production line and prepare corresponding incident analysis reports.
7. Compile and summarize system abnormalities, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), develop improvement plans, and follow up on the results.
8. Support compliance with external regulatory requirements and monitor data utilization rates from the MES system.
9. Assist developers during pre-release testing and monitor system performance post-release.

💰 Financial Incentives & Allowances
1. Overtime Pay (OT): Calculated in accordance with labor laws and company policy.
2. Travel Allowance: 35 THB per day (Eligible when working more than 4 hours per day).
3. Diligence Allowance:
3.1) Month 1: 500 THB bonus for perfect attendance.
3.2) Month 2: 1,000 THB bonus for continued perfect attendance.
4. Salary Adjustment: Performance-based salary review upon completion of the 119-day probation period.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Good command of English. Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage.
- Diploma (Higher Vocational Certificate) in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working as an IT Support Technician or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server database systems.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and fundamental networking principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
