Employment Type: Permanent Work Arrangement: Onsite Business Analyst - Manage end-to-end IT business requirements across all processes within the organization. - Work closely with Key Business Users to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Act as the liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives. - Define and develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and other related documentation. Project Manager - Manage end-to-end IT projects from planning to deployment. - Develop project plans, timelines, resources, and deliverables. - Monitor project risks, issues, budget, and timeline. - Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders. - Oversee insurance system implementation and ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

At least 12 years experience in Business Analyst or Project Manager
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences or related fields
Thai Nationality Only
Must have experience in insurance-related projects, such as policy, claims, underwriting, or customer service systems.
