Job Responsibilities -Develop and maintain manufacturing standards, including OPL, Work Instructions (WI), and standard operating procedures (SOP). -Analyze and improve production processes using SMED, Work Study, and continuous improvement methodologies. -Collect and analyze production data to establish process standards and support improvement initiatives. -Monitor NCR, customer complaints, machine breakdowns, and defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). -Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to process performance. -Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify root causes and implement improvement plans. -Facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. -Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation. -Collaborate with local and overseas suppliers on process improvement projects and technical issues. -Follow up on project progress and other assignments related to process engineering. -Support new product introductions, process validation, and production trials. -Drive continuous improvement activities to reduce cost, increase productivity, and improve product quality. -Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VBA) and PowerPoint presentation.
Experience in Power BI is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and project management (PR/PO processes, etc.).
Familiar with Work Study, SMED, Process Flow, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, and Root Cause Analysis.
Good understanding of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Knowledge of TPM, FI Pillar, AM Pillar, and QM Pillar is preferred.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the packaging, plastics, thermoforming, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
