รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational growth plans.
- Lead the E-Learning system implementation project at Head Office, including planning, coordination, user adoption, and content readiness.
- Drive the SAP KM project to support knowledge management, learning accessibility, and organizational capability development.
- Manage talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and retention initiatives for head office functions.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Partner with department heads to identify people needs, capability gaps, and organizational improvement opportunities.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building activities, and internal communication initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports on workforce trends, turnover, engagement, training progress, and manpower planning.
- Coach HR team members and support continuous improvement of HR processes, digital learning, and HR service quality.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Political Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in HR project management, learning and development, E-Learning implementation, HRIS, SAP KM, or knowledge management projects is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Good understanding of Thai labor law, HR compliance, and people management practices.
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, or multi-function business environments is preferred.
- Able to analyze HR data and provide practical recommendations to support management decisions.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR systems, E-Learning platforms, or SAP-related systems.
