Experience in SMT process, SPI/AOI programming, AOI tuning, false call improvement, defect analysis, process control, NPI support, yield improvement, and root cause analysis.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male / Female
25 - 35 Year
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Create, optimize, and maintain SPI/AOI programs for new models and mass production.
Analyze SPI/AOI inspection results to reduce false call rate and prevent NG escape to the next process.
Set inspection criteria and machine parameters for solder paste, component presence, position, polarity, solder joint, and appearance defects.
Support NPI, trial run, model change, and first-piece approval activities.
Investigate abnormal defects and work with SMT, PE, QC, and maintenance teams for corrective action.
Monitor process performance using defect data, yield, false call rate, and trend analysis.
Train technicians and operators on SPI/AOI operation, defect judgement, and inspection standards.
Support continuous improvement activities to improve line quality, productivity, and inspection efficiency.
Coordinate with machine suppliers for technical support, software issues, and machine improvement.
