Location: Jewelry Factory | Prawet, Bangkok Working: Mon - Fri and every alternate Saturday About the Role We are a premier Export Jewelry Manufacturer driven by an international management team. In our fast-paced, lean environment, data integrity is everything. We are looking for an analytical mind—ideally an Industrial Engineer—to act as the "Data Architect" who owns our product structures, costs, and ERP system accuracy to support our global business. Key Responsibilities: 1] BOM & Routing Architecture: Own and optimize the Bill of Materials (BOM) and production routings in our ERP (Navision / Business Central). 2] Costing & Pricing Precision: Analyze production data, labor times, and material structures to establish accurate base pricing sheets. 3] Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with CAD, Design, and Production teams to translate intricate jewelry designs into systematic ERP data. 4] International Communication: Report directly to and collaborate with foreign executives regarding data structure and process improvements. This position is IDEAL for person who: * Data-Driven Minds: People who love working with complex data and numbers. * Logical Thinkers: Those who understand production workflows and data impacts. * Good Communicators: Able to bridge the gap between Artisans and Expat Management. * Lean Agile Players: Comfortable in a fast-paced, quick-decision environment. It's Not Suitable For: x Desk-Job Haters: This role requires nearly 100% screen time on ERP/Excel. x Pure Shopfloor Workers: Focus is on digitization, not hands-on production lines. x Non-English Speakers: Daily communication with foreign management is required.ERP x Beginners: Not open for fresh grads without factory ERP experience.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (IE), Supply Chain, or related technical fields.
Minimum 8 years of experiences with 3-4 years in Master Data, BOM Management, or Costing in a manufacturing environment.
Jewelry experience is a plus, but backgrounds in Electronics, Automotive, or complex assembly are highly welcome!
ERP Savvy: Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (Navision, Business Central, or SAP).
English Fluency: Professional English communication skills (capable of working under foreign management).
Excel Power User: Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail. (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Index/Match, Pivot Table, IF-Conditions)
