รายละเอียดงาน

1.Review and evaluate individual and team continuous improvement project proposals. 2.Support and monitor process improvement activities, verify improvement results, and provide guidance on project documentation. 3.Organize improvement review meetings and best practice sharing sessions. 4.Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and promote a quality-focused culture throughout the organization. 5.Conduct internal training on quality management and continuous improvement tools, including the Seven QC Tools. 6.Develop and enhance the company's continuous improvement and innovation management system.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree or higher in any field. (Engineering is an advantage.)
Familiar with manufacturing processes and the Seven QC Tools.
Experience in Industrial Engineering (IE), Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean, Kaizen, or Quality Management Systems is preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
