Position: Marketing Performance Management
Position Summary
The Marketing Performance Management role is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and optimizing marketing performance across all channels. This position partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Product, Sales, and Business teams to develop performance frameworks, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights that improve marketing ROI and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop, monitor, and maintain business and marketing performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
•Analyze marketing campaign performance across various channels and provide data-driven recommendations to improve effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
•Track and monitor marketing budget utilization, spending efficiency, and ROI to ensure optimal resource allocation.
•Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Product, Sales, and Business teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and performance targets.
•Improve marketing data quality, reporting accuracy, and analytics processes to support informed decision-making.
•Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
•Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management and business leaders.
•Support forecasting, performance reviews, and strategic planning through analytical insights.
•Drive continuous improvement by promoting a data-driven culture and optimizing marketing measurement frameworks.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Marketing Performance, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate business insights.
- Experience with marketing performance measurement, KPI development, ROI analysis, and dashboard reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is an advantage.
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
