Employment Conditions
• Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new construction project opportunities (CSA & MEP) in the Utility, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Large-scale Industrial sectors for bidding.
- Coordinate with Technical Support and Business Units during the bidding process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and perform other business development activities.
- Analyze market data and business information to support management decision-making.
- Represent the company in customer meetings, networking events, and business relationship activities, including after working hours when required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- Solid understanding of the business development cycle and sales strategies
- Good personality with strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, strategic, analytical, and results-oriented
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written (TOEIC 750+ preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license
- Able to travel to upcountry project sites (e.g., Chonburi and Rayong) approximately once every two weeks
- Willing to attend customer networking and business engagement activities outside normal working hours when required
