- The experienced Engineering Manager to lead the design of complex vessel projects from concept through to class approval and delivery. The design manager will manage multidisciplinary design teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with class and regulatory standards,and support procurement, production, trials, and final documentation. The role covers all ship systems including structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, HVAC, navigation, and outfitting. Establishing standardised design solutions, implementing design reviews, and maintaining quality assurance processes. Preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations for management, class societies, and flag authorities.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in shipbuilding,ship/vessel design and class compliance, ship repair, offshore, or heavy engineering industries.
Proficiency in Ship constructor, Rhino, AutoCAD or similar 2D/3D tool
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role leading engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of ship design, ship construction processes, marine systems, and engineering standards.
Experience working with classification societies and international marine regulations such as IMO requirements.
Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, AVEVA Marine, ShipConstructor, or similar tools.
Strong project management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, engineering schedules, and technical teams effectively.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Good command of spoken and written English TOEIC 750 UP.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Experience working with international shipowners or offshore projects.
Professional certifications in project management will be an advantage.
